Important Changes to Retention Certificate Renewals V778 and V750

Japan Welcomes the 2019 Rugby World Cup
All eyes will be on Japan as the country host the 2019 Rugby World Cup. The event sees three times champions New Zealand defending their title against 19 other countries.
