The New Style V5C has arrived!!!
The New Style V5CNI is now being issued in Northern Ireland. The most obvious change is the Colour. The front page is now Red in Colour, which takes alot of getting used to. Another change is that it now states "This will not produce a Registration Certificate" on the V5C/2 section.
