DVLA have announced that Classic and Historic Cars will be exempt form MOT The DVLA have announced that from the 18th November, vehicle manufactured before 1960 will no longer have to pass an MOT. The Roads Minister Mike Penning have decided that as these vehicles only make up about 0.6% of the total number of licensed vehicles in Britain.
