Diplomatic Number Plates, BRZ 1 Number Plate will not be issued. The Diplomatic Embassy Heads in the UK are issued with special Car Numberplates. It is interesting to note that the DVA in Coleraine were unaware that the Diplomat for Brazil has been issued BRZ 1 and therefore it cannot be issued.
