This registration was released in September 2003. This means that if your vehicle was registered prior to this date, you would be making your vehicle look newer than it is and that is illegal. It can only look the same age or older if you replace the registration. Your vehicle must have been registered in or after September 2003 to be able to transfer it to your vehicle.

You can purchase it on what is called a retention certificate which allows you to keep it for up to 10 years so that you can transfer it to a vehicle when you have the correct aged vehicle
