You might think having a Social Media Day is pretty pointless. Well really, every day is a social media day these days isn't it? But Social Media Day is much more than just an excuse to spend all day on Facebook. It's a celebration of the changes that social media has brought to the world.
From finding long lost school friends to getting up to date on breaking news stories, with social media you are instantly linked to people all over the world. That's pretty amazing, and certainly something worth celebrating!
Social Media Day first started in 2010 and has been held annually ever since. There are plenty of online events but there's also real life events too. Perhaps today is your chance to meet up with those online friends you've been chatting to for years but have never met up with? A group event like this is a great way to safely meet up with people you know through social media.
Here at Speedy Reg we love social media. It's the perfect way to keep in touch with our customers and for them to connect with us and see just what we've been up to! We love to read your comments, and we're thrilled when you post photos of your new private plates for us to see!
Do you follow us on Twitter or like us on Facebook yet? Please do! You can find us on Facebook here

Or perhaps you have a favourite social media channel and you'd like a matching plate. No problem!
For Facebook fans how about an FB plate such as
22 FB or
550 FB. Or perhaps

T12 TWT, both of which are available for just £199! Or maybe you'd like
T11 TER?
Instagram users could go for an IG plate such as
IG 4027 or
IG 4044. Or, if your favourite way to correspond is via PM then how about
2 PM or
PM 15?
