DVLA V55/5 forms
DVA are now only accepting V55/5 followed by 2/10 code
We forwarded application for duplicate V5C, that we originally registered in GB mainland. We applied using V55/5 forms which we have in stock in our office. However the DVA rejected them as we were using “old” V55/5, unfortunately we were unaware that the forms have been updated. The DVA will only accept V55/5 followed by 2/10 code. They have been updated to include the following information: Point 5: Manufacturer Point 45: Date of original registration Point 46: Date of registration in UK Please find below a copy of the new V55/5, 2/10 form.
